Returns & Refunds Policy

We want returns to feel simple and fair. If something isn’t right, we’ll guide you clearly—without making it complicated.


1. RETURNS — ELIGIBILITY

1.1. You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

1.2. To be eligible, the item must be:

  • unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • in original packaging (where applicable)

1.3. For hygiene reasons, we may not be able to accept returns for items that show signs of use, washing, stains, odours, or damage after delivery.


2. RETURN SHIPPING

2.1. Return shipping is paid by the customer (we recommend using a traceable courier service).

2.2. Delivery/shipping charges are not refundable (where applicable).


3. DEFECTIVE / DAMAGED / INCORRECT ITEMS

3.1. We take quality seriously. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

3.2. When reporting a defect, please share:

  • order number
  • clear photos/videos showing the issue
  • a short description of the concern

3.3. Inspection & investigation:
Once the item is returned to us, we conduct a careful inspection and internal review to understand the issue and confirm eligibility.

3.4. Resolution:
After review, we will offer one of the following, depending on the case and availability:

  • replacement
  • refund
  • store credit

3.5. In cases of verified defect/damage/wrong item, we may choose to cover return shipping or arrange an appropriate resolution at our discretion.


4. CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS

4.1. If you change your mind, you can still return the item within 7 days of delivery, as long as it remains unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

4.2. For change-of-mind returns:

  • the customer covers return shipping
  • refunds are issued after the item passes inspection

5. REFUNDS — PROCESSING TIME

5.1. Refunds are processed within 7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

5.2. If your refund is approved, it will be issued via the same method used for payment where possible, or an agreed alternative.


6. CANCELLATIONS & CHANGE-OF-MIND (INCLUDING AFTER DELIVERY)

You can request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, as long as it hasn’t been dispatched.

If your order has already been dispatched—or even if it has reached your door and you’ve changed your mind—you can still send it back to us within 7 days of delivery. As long as the item is unused, unwashed, and returned in original condition (not damaged or harmed), we will process a refund after inspection. Return shipping is paid by the customer.


7. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To start a return, message or email us with:

  • your order number
  • reason for return
  • (for defects) photos/videos within 48 hours

8. IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Items returned without prior return approval may not be accepted.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the eligibility conditions (used/washed/damaged after delivery).
  • If a return is rejected after inspection, the item can be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
