1. OVERVIEW

Cotton Pearls ships orders within Pakistan using registered third-party courier partners. This policy explains how dispatch, delivery timelines, and delivery communication work after you place an order.


2. SHIPPING CHARGES

2.1. Pakistan

Free delivery on all orders.

2.2. International (if applicable)

If international shipping is enabled, charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Duties and taxes are not included and may be payable upon delivery, depending on your country’s customs rules.


3. DISPATCH & ORDER PROCESSING

3.1. Same-day dispatch (where possible)

Orders placed by 12:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time) are typically dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after that may be dispatched the next working day.

3.2. Sundays & public holidays

Orders placed on Sundays or Pakistan national holidays are processed on the next working day.

3.3. Order confirmation

Once your order is confirmed, you may receive a message/email if we require any clarification (address, landmark, phone number).


4. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMELINES

4.1. Standard delivery time

Standard delivery is typically 4–5 working days (no deliveries on Sundays, depending on courier routes).

During busy seasons, high-volume periods, or special sale events, delivery may take up to 7 working days.

4.2. Delays outside our control

While we aim to deliver within the estimated window, delays can occur due to weather, route disruptions, operational constraints, or courier network issues. If a delay is visible on tracking, we’ll assist where possible.


5. DELIVERY INFORMATION & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

To ensure smooth delivery, please provide:

  • full address + nearest landmark
  • a reachable phone number
  • correct city and postal code (if available)

Cotton Pearls is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incomplete or inaccurate address/contact information.


6. TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking ID may be shared via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (depending on the contact details you provide and courier integration). Tracking updates can occasionally lag due to courier system delays—this is normal.


7. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

Couriers usually attempt delivery at least once. If delivery is unsuccessful:

  • the courier may contact you on your provided number, and
  • a reattempt may be scheduled based on courier policy.

If a second delivery attempt requires additional courier charges, we will inform you before proceeding.


8. HIGH-VALUE ORDER CONFIRMATION

For orders above Rs. 15,000, we may require advance payment to confirm the order. If needed, our team will contact you with payment details.


9. GOODS NOT RECEIVED (DELIVERY SUPPORT)

9.1. Reporting window

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us within 7 working days of the expected delivery date.

9.2. What we’ll need

To investigate quickly, share:

  • order number
  • name and phone number used on the order
  • delivery address
  • tracking number (if available)

9.3. Investigation & proof of dispatch

We will review courier tracking and delivery logs. Courier tracking serves as confirmation that the parcel was dispatched and processed through the delivery network.
