Yes, if your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, you can request cancellation within 24 hours of placing it.If it has already been dispatched (or even delivered), you can still return it within 7 days of delivery as long as it’s unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Return shipping is paid by the customer.

If your item arrives damaged/defective or different from what you ordered, please report it within 48 hours with photos/video, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
