7.1. If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
7.2. We may request photos/videos to assess the issue and guide you through the process.
7.3. Once we receive and review the returned item, we will proceed with a replacement or refund at our discretion, based on the issue and stock availability.
7.4. Shipping and handling details for returns/exchanges may vary by case and will be shared during support.
8.1. Delivery charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on location, weight, and shipping method.
8.2. Any promotional shipping offers are subject to change without notice.
9.1. We aim to dispatch orders as soon as possible. Estimated delivery timelines are shared on the website and/or at checkout.
